| dc.description | This study aims to shedlight on the issue of chaotic construction in the city of mostaganem hajjaji municipality. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we relied on participatory observation that was in the section. This study reached a set results, the most important of wich are : _ the growing population axceeds the municipalty ability to provide housing for all families. _ negative impacts on the local environment as a result of construction in inappropriate areas. _ chaotic construction creates social differences between citizens. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع البناء الفوضوي في مدينة مستغانم بلدية حجاج، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف هذه االدراسة إعتمدنا على الملاحظة بالمشاركة الذي تمت في مجتمع الدراسة، توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: -تزايد عدد السكان يفوق قدرة البلدية على توفير مساكن لكل عائلة. -تأثيرات سلبية للبيئة المحلية نتيجة البناء في مناطق غير ملائمة. -البناء الفوضوي يخلق فوارق إجتماعية بين المواطنين. | en_US |
