Etude d’un bâtiment à usage multiple (commercial et habitation)

Abstract

Ce projet est une étude technique pour un immeuble résidentiel de dix étages + rez-de-chaussée, à usages multiples, réalisé par colonnes et murs renforcés. Ce projet est localisé selon l'échelle d'étude parasismique algérienne modifiée dans la commune de Mostaganem, classée en zone sismique (IIa). La mesure et l'armement des éléments primaires et secondaires ont été effectués conformément aux normes et lois applicables selon la norme 91, BAEL. ,) et la norme algérienne d'étude parasismique) 2003, CBA et norme béton armé 93 RPA99/version L'étude dynamique du bâtiment a été réalisée à l'aide du programme de calcul Raboa 2024. Cette étude vise également à connaître l'effet des murs renforcés et leur rôle dans le bâtiment.

ملخص هذا المشروع عبارة عن دراسة تقنية لبناية سكنية، من عشرة طوابق+ طابق ارضي ، ذات استخدام متعدد, محققة بواسطة الأعمدة و الجدران المسلحة . و هذا المشروع متواجد حسب مقياس دراسة هندسة الزلازل الجزائري المعدل ببلدية مستغانم المصنفة ضمن المنطقة الزلزالية زلزال(IIa. قياس و تسليح العناصر الأساسية و الثانوية, تم طبقا للمعايير و القوانين المعمول بها حسب مقياس 91, BAEL ,) و مقياس دراسة هندسة الزلازل الجزائري) 2003, CBA و مقياس الاسمنت المسلح 93 RPA99/version الدراسة الديناميكية للبناية تمت باستعمال برنامج الحساب ربوا 2024. كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الجدران المسلحة ودورها في البناية.
