Abstract

The international legal protection of patent, is considered like a stumbling block in the face of technology transfer to the developing countries. Because it enforces the phenomenon of technological monopoly, and hinders the development path in these countries, through the international patent system embodied in the international protection agreements. To this end, this study attempts to unvail the reality of the international legal patent as well as its negative impacts on the developing countries. Accordingly, we present a set of implications and recommandations to cope with the rising demand of the era of technology.
