dc.description.abstractGreat Britain is the largest empire in history, it is considered as the world’s greatest compromise; colonialism was one of its basis. It was a global power; and took its extreme power from the Industrial Revolution which was a turning point in its history. The concept of Industrial Revolution was the main reason which motivated Great Britain in other to make a general change in its economic system which was based on agriculture and manual work to be substituted into a mechanical one. Great Britain was the first country in the world that witnessed the Industrial Revolution which led to the appearance of dramatical changes that had an impact on British people’s life in different levels economic, social conditions, and political growth.en_US
