Etude d’une tour RDC + 10 étages + sous-sol avec planchers en dalle pleine et voiles porteurs

Abstract

Le projet étudié présente une étude technique de réalisation d’un bâtiment de forme régulière à usage d’habitation, constitué d’un R+10 avec un sous-sols. Il est implanté dans la wilaya de Mostaganem, classée en zone sismique (V) sismicité élevée selon le RPA2024. La résistance de la structure aux charges horizontales et verticales est assurée par un système de voiles porteurs. Le dimensionnement et le calcul du ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants ont été établis conformément aux règlements algériens en vigueur (RPA2024 et CBA93). L’analyse dynamique de la structure a été réalisée à l’aide du logiciel "Robot Structural Analysis Professionnel 2024". L’étude de l’infrastructure du bâtiment a abouti à une fondation de type Radier général suite à l’importance des charges transmis au sol d’assise. Abstract The studied project involves a technical design for a regular-shaped residential building, comprising a ground floor plus ten stories (RDC+10) and a basement. It's located in the Wilaya of Mostaganem, classified as seismic zone with high seismicity according to the RPA2024. The structure’s resistance to horizontal and vertical loads is ensured by a shear wall system. The dimensioning and reinforcement calculations for all load-bearing elements were carried out in accordance with current Algerian regulations. The dynamic analysis of the structure was performed using « Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2024 » software. The study of the building's infrastructure led to the adoption of ageneral raft foundation due to the significant loads transmitted to the bearing soil.
