دور الاتصال الشامل في تحسين الاداء الوظيفي المؤسسة

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الاتصال الشامل ومختلف وسائل في المؤسسة ودوره في تحسين أداء العاملين بها، وذلك نظرا للأهمية الكبيرة للاتصال بكل أشكاله في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة. وذلك من أجل مساهمة الاتصال الشاملفي رفع المستوى الأداء الوظيفي في على مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وكالة سيدي علي -بولاية مستغانم - وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر للاتصال الداخلي في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي، ذلك أن الاتصال الداخلي يؤدي إلى زيادة فاعلية العمال ويرفع إنتاجيتهم، من خلال الحوافز التي يتلقونها والتي تجعلهم أكثر إقبالا على العمل وأكثر تقبلا وتأييدا للقرارات الإدارية المقترحة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتصال الشامل- الأداء الوظيفي – المؤسسة – الإتصال الداخلي- القرارات الإدارية. Study summary: This study aimed to highlight the role of comprehensive communication and the various means in the organization and its role in improving the performance of its employees, given the great importance of communication in all its forms in achieving the goals of the institution. In order to contribute to the comprehensive communication in raising the level of job performance in the Algeria Telecom Agency, the agency of Sidi Ali - Mostaganem state – The study concluded that there is an impact of internal communication in improving job performance, as internal communication leads to an increase in the effectiveness of workers and raises their productivity, through the incentives they receive, which make them more willing to work and more accepting and supportive of the proposed administrative decisions.
