هذا المشروع عبارة عن دراسة مفصلة لعمارة ذي شكل منتظم مكونة من طابق تحت ارضي وطابق ارضي وعشر طوابق علوية, يتم انجازها بولاية وهران المصنفة ضمن IIa المنطقة الزلزالية رقم في العمل التالي تناولنا الابعاد الاولية للعناصر, دراسة البلاطات والاجزاء الثانوية من البناية. وتسليح مختلف العناصر المكونة للبناية. ROBOT BAT الدراسة الديناميكية بواسطة والقوانين الجزائرية المقاومة BAEL91 هذا مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار كل توصيات .RPA99/2003 للزلازل Summary This project presents a detail of a regular-shaped multi-use building consisting of a basement, a ground floor +10 floors, which will be located in the wilaya of Oran, classified in zone IIa In this work, we have approached the pre-sizing of the various elements, the study of floors and secondary elements, The dynamic study carried out by ROBOT BAT 2009 and the reinforcement of the various elements of the structure. This taking into account the recommendations of BAEL91 and Algerian paraseismic regulations RPA 99/2003. Résumé Ce projet présente une détaillée d’un batiment de forme régulière à usage multiple constitué d’un sous-sol, un rez de chaussée +10 étages, qui sera implanté dans la wilaya de oran, classée en zone IIa Dans le présent travail, nous avons abordé le pré dimensionnement des différents éléments, l’étude des planchers et éléments secondaires, L’étude dynamique réalisée par ROBOT BAT 2009 et le ferraillage des différents éléments de la structure. Ceci en tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL91 et des règlements parasismiques algériens RPA 99/2003.
