| dc.description | This study aimes to try to understand union work at the moqtaganem port corporation and reveal the role of union frameworks in managing union work activity. Based on the following question : haw do union frameworks conduct union work activity ? to answer this question ، we used the qualitative approach which helped us inderstand the reality of managing union work activity using the interview techenique. The results of the study showed that the role of union represrntatives is to work to achieve the workers social and profissional demands and settle collective and individual labor disputes. They also have a role in preserving the institution. And increasing its production. The union uses its own strartegies to achieve its demands، such as informal dealings with the official to facilitate the negotiation processs. It also tries to gain the confidenceof the workers to ensure their cooperation and participation in achieving the union’s goals. Despite this، unionists face several difficulties in performing their duties، such as regulatory and legal gaps that limit their powers and hinder the process of achieving all workers’ demands. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة فهم العمل النقابي بمؤسسة ميناء مستغانم و الكشف عن دور الإطارات النقابية في تسيير نشاط العمل النقابي. انطلقا من التساؤل اللتالي : كيف تسير الإطارات النقابية نشاط العمل النقابي؟ . للإجابة عن هذا التساؤل استخدمنا المنهج الكيفي الذي ساعدنا في فهم واقع تسيير نشاط العمل النقابي باستعمال تقنية المقابلة. بينت نتائج الدراسة ان دور الممثلين النقابيين هو العمل على تحقيق مطالب العمال الاجتماعية و المهنية ، و تسوية نزاعات العمل الجماعية و الفردية ، كما ان لها دور في المحافظة على المؤسسة و الرفع من انتاجتيها. تستعمل النقابة استراتجيات خاصة بها لتحقيق مطالبها كالتعامل غير الرسمي مع المسؤول لتسهيل عملية التفاوض كما تحاول اكتساب ثقة العمال لضمان تعاونهم و مشاركتهم في تحقيق أهداف النقابة. رغم ذلك يواجه النقابيون عدة صعوبات في أداء مهامهم كالثغرات التنظيمية و القانونية التي تحد من صلاحياتهم و تعرقل عملية تحقيق جميع مطالب العمال. | en_US |
