Abstract

Algerian economic corporation ,it is a field study at the Sonelgaz corporation for Electricity and Gas distribution -bechar branch - as one of the national institutions that occupy the leardership at the national level ,it was conducted on an intentional sample contains of 10 employees occupThis study dealt with the topic of communication and administrative leadership in the positions of heads of departments and servives . where it relied on the case study method that helps to delve deeper into the study ,to access generalizations related to the studied unit ,and it sought to know the goals and the obstacles of institutional communication as well as leadership theories and its patterns , As a theory of features and identification of the relationship that connect between communication and leadership in the corporation . so our study started from the following question : Do communication mechanisms contribute to the activation of administrative leadership inside the Sonelegaz corporation -bechar branch- ? and among the most results we have achieved : - the emergence of internal communication position in the public
