We started from the following problem: To what extent does electronic advertising contribute to improving the mental image of the institution? In the study of our subject on the descriptive approach, we used the descriptive approach to describe the phenomenon and the details in it, and we also used lectures, memoirs, master's thesis and some scientific and academic research as previous studies. As a result, we have concluded that the culture of electronic advertising remains vague and almost non-existent in our national institutions, particularly in improving reputation and mental image, even if applied, and remains only centralized. Our study ran from 15/02/2020 until 20/06/2020. Key words : Electronic advertising, mental image, advertising.
