Abstract

We notice That the occupation of public spaces Is ponctual, with non- optimized facilities and poorly exploited seasonality. to the changing rhythm of the city, minimize the financial contribution and revalue the less frequented spaces. We are therefore looking for a suitable layout, Modular and quick to install. These characteristics are found in ephemeral buildings. Our solution is to compose on modular frames, by modular volumes, open spaces, platforms, gardens, basins etc … The modules will be composed of metal bars which will constitute the general structure of our modules, junctions which serve to bind the components, panels which will encompass all of our modules with materials and local mastered techniques. The technical modules are autonomous, waste collection is proposed and even the recovery of rain or irrigation water and the reduction of energy consumption which require recycling and energy capture processes, in order to operate in an eco-friendly way.
