| dc.description | Summary: Our study deals with the impact of digitization on enhancing the service quality at the Faculty of Social Science of Abdelhamid Ibn Badis University . It also endeavors to understand the digital platform Progress and Tebbane and ascertain its significance for the university, while elucidating the primary difficulties and barriers that the university students face when accessing the platform. Therefore, through our study, we sought to respond to the principal question: How does the utilization of the digital platform Progress contribute to service improvement within the Faculty ofSocial Sciences? We have carried out a field of study that relies on a descriptive survey approach and data collection tools that include an electronic questionnaire for students and interviews as a secondary tool for staff and professors.
