Abstract

تطرقنا في بحثنا إلى دراسة عدة جوانب متعلقة دور البحث العلمي في عملية الإنتقاء الرياضي من وجهة نظر المدربين فعالجنا الموضوع بطريقة علمية وممنهجة فحاولنا طرح إشكاليتنا حول دور البحث العلمي في تطوير عملية الانتقاء الرياضي ؟مرفوقة بالتساؤلات التالية ، هل للمدرب دور في عملية الانتقاء بالاعتماد على الحث العلمي ؟ هل لاختبارات المهارية و البدنية لها دور في عملية الانتقاء الرياضي ؟ هل للبحث العلمي دور في عملية الانتقاء ؟ وقمنا بالاجابة على التساؤلات المطروحة وتحقيق الفرضيات استخدمنا عدة طرق لمعالجة هذا الموضوع فمن خلال هذا البحث تطرقنا لمحورين : الأول الإنتقاء الرياضي أما المحور الثاني كان تركيزنا على البحث العلمي في المجال الرياضي، أما الجانب الميداني والتطبيقي وذلك باستخدام المقابلات والاستبيان والتحليل والمناقشة وعرض النتائج والتحقق من نتائج الدراسة. // // // // // // Research Summary: In our research, we studied several aspects related to the role of scientific research in the sports selection process from the coaches’ point of view. We addressed the topic in a scientific and systematic way, so we tried to raise our problem about the role of scientific research in developing the sports selection process? Accompanied by the following questions: Does the coach have a role in the selection process based on scientific induction? Do skill and physical tests have a role in the athlete selection process? Does scientific research have a role in the selection process? We answered the questions raised and achieved the hypotheses. We used several methods to address this topic. Through this research, we touched on two axes: the first is sports selection. The second axis was our focus on scientific research in the sports field, as for the field and applied aspect, using interviews, questionnaires, analysis, discussion, presenting the results, and verifying the results. the study
