Abstract

Le présent mémoire se positionne comme une démarche de recherche-action visant à concevoir un centre spécialisé pour enfants atteints de troubles du spectre de l'autisme (TSA) dans la wilaya de Mostaganem, Algérie. Le constat d'une prise en charge lacunaire, tant au niveau des infrastructures que des compétences, face aux exigences uniques des enfants autistes (particularités sensorielles, cognitives et sociales), fonde la pertinence de ce projet. L'objectif central de cette étude est d'élaborer une proposition architecturale robuste et adaptée, issue d'une synthèse entre les cadres théoriques, l'analyse d'études de cas exemplaires et une investigation approfondie du site retenu à Mostaganem. Il s'agit de structurer un environnement bâti qui soutienne activement le bien-être, l'autonomie et l'inclusion sociale des jeunes, tout en se conformant aux standards architecturaux et aux recommandations spécifiques aux TSA. Les résultats de cette démarche ont abouti à la formalisation de principes directeurs incluant une organisation spatiale intuitive, des volumétries protectrices, l'emploi de matériaux bio-sourcés, la modulation d'ambiances sensorielles et une intégration urbaine harmonieuse. Le projet architectural qui en découle représente une réponse concrète et fonctionnelle aux impératifs thérapeutiques, éducatifs et sociaux des enfants autistes, contribuant ainsi à leur pleine participation sociétale This dissertation is an action research project aimed at designing a specialized center for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in the wilaya of Mostaganem, Algeria. The relevance of this project is based on the observation that there are gaps in the provision of care, in terms of both infrastructure and skills, given the unique requirements of autistic children (sensory, cognitive, and social characteristics). The central objective of this study is to develop a robust and appropriate architectural proposal based on a synthesis of theoretical frameworks, an analysis of exemplary case studies, and an in-depth investigation of the Mostaganem site. The aim is to structure a built environment that actively supports the well-being, autonomy, and social inclusion of young people while complying with architectural standards and recommendations specific to ASD. The results of this approach led to the formalization of guiding principles, including intuitive spatial organization, protective volumetrics, the use of bio-sourced materials, the modulation of sensory ambiances, and harmonious urban integration. The resulting architectural project represents a concrete and functional response to the therapeutic, educational, and social needs of autistic children, contributing to their full participation in society. يتناول هذا البحث تصميم مركز متخصص للأطفال المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد (TSA)في ولاية مستغانم بالجزائر. نظرًا لأن التوحد هو اضطراب في النمو العصبي يتطلب بيئات مكيفة تأخذ في الاعتبار الخصائص الحسية والمعرفية والاجتماعية للأفراد المعنيين. في الجزائر، وبشكل خاص في مستغانم، لا يزال التكفل بالأطفال المصابين بالتوحد غير كافٍ، سواء على مستوى البنى التحتية أو الموارد البشرية المؤهلة. الهدف الرئيسي من هذا العمل هو تقديم استجابة معمارية مناسبةللاحتياجات الخاصة لأطفال التوحد، بالاعتماد على الأبحاث النظرية، دراسات الحالة الدولية، وتحليل معمق للموقع المختار في مستغانم. يهدف المشروع إلى خلق بيئة مبنية تعزز الرفاهية، الاستقلالية، والاندماج الاجتماعيللأطفال، مع احترام المعايير المعمارية والتوصيات المتعلقة بالتصميم للأشخاص المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد. وقد أتاحت نتائج هذا البحث بلورة مجموعة من المبادئ التوجيهية لتصميم المركز، بما في ذلك التنظيم المكاني الواضح، الأحجام المطمئنة، استخدام المواد الطبيعية، خلق أجواء حسية محكمة، والاندماج المتناغم للمبنى في بيئته الحضرية. وبالتالي، يلبي المشروع المعماري المقترح الاحتياجات العلاجية والتعليمية والاجتماعية لأطفال التوحد، مع المساهمة في إدماجهم في المجتمع.
