مواقف و توجهات الأساتذة نحو إدارة الوقت في المؤسسة التربوية في ظل جائحة كورونا

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مواقف وتوجهات األساتذة حول إدارة الوقت في المؤسسة التربوية في ظل جائحة كورونا، ولقد قمت بدراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة تربوية بثانوية"كروسة سنوسي" وتوصلت إلى جملة من نتائج أهمها أن النظام الذي فرضته جائحة كورونا في مؤسسات التربوية زاد من ضغوطات العمل لدى األساتذة وذلك من خالل زيادة ساعات العمل والعمل بالتفويج باإلضافة إلى تكرار الدرس لكل فوج وصعوبات احترام البرتوكول الصحي مع غياب الدروس التطبيقية بالنسبة للمواد العلمية واكتفاء بالنظري مما جعلها تفقد فعاليتها البيداغوجية. الكلمات المفتاحية: إدارة الوقت – جائحة كورونا – المؤسسة التربوية The study summary : Topic of the note (issue) teachers attitudes and directions towards time management in an educational institution the Corona Pandemic. The current study aims to indentify the teachers’ attitudes towards time management in the educational institution in light the Corona Pandemic. The system imposed by the corona pandemic in educational institutions increased the pressures of work, and work in the grouping, in addition to the repetition of the lesson for each regiment, and the difficulty of respecting the health protocol with the absence of practical lessons for scientific materials and theoretical sufficiency, which made it lose its effectiveness in pedagogy.
