The aim of the research is to identify the administrative leadership and its models, and to clarify the impact of the leadership model on the performance of the employees, where the emphasis was on knowing the theoretical bases of the administrative leadership from concepts, theories and patterns to the administrative leader and his qualities and functions and roles. . In order to clarify the effect between these two variables, we examined the case of the intermediate institution Mohammed Al-Jabali using the analytical descriptive method for conducting this research, and it was found that the effect of the administrative leader following a particular model is affecting the factor, The selected leadership model is based on three variables: the leader and the subordinates, the goal to be achieved or the situation, and how to influence the followers using a variety of means and tools that meet the required purpose, relying on books , scientific messages, Arabic and foreign articles to obtain information in the search.
