Abstract
Motivation and its impact on the achievement of job satisfaction among employees in the
Algerien foreign bank « Mostaganem agency »
The study aims to identify the typês of financial and moral incentives provided employees , in
the Algerien foreign bank « Mostaganem agnecy » sector of the functional work
environement , and to shed some light of the relationship of between the incentive systems
applied to employees is that sector
The researches has adopted the analytical descriptive method for the study . A questionnaire
was designed to cover all the types of material and moral incentives and job satisfaction
which was distributed to workes in the « Mostaganem agency » in the various proessions to
obtain data necessary to conduct the study , and was administered by the researcher himself
the sample of the study included 22 employees in the « Mostaganem agency who were
requested to fill the data that were analyzed therefore the study ends up with important
results , the study found that the respondents are satisfied with the work environmenent to
some extent and the were was a positive correlation between the application of financial
incentives and the morale ones for those who work in the « Mostaganem Agency » and
building effective incentives systems
Researchers recommends that further research in the field of incentives and job satistaction .
