dc.description.abstract In our work, we have been interested in the extraction of DNA from sheep blood. We proceeded according to the salting-out method. 14 samples were subjected to DNA extraction. Among all the samples, 8 should more or less concentration of DNA. However, only one sample showed a suitable degree of purity. Electrophoresis revealed the presence of DNA in only 5 samples. One sample showed a smear synonymous of DNA degradation, while for the other four, a single band was present meaning that the DNA was recovered in good state. en_US
