contain. It is in this context that our study, which focuses on the valuation of plant extracts in the field of agricultural protection, falls within this framework. This is why the aqueous extracts of the cones of Cupressus sempervirens and the seeds of Lepidium sativum were chosen to test their antifungal effect "in vivo" and "in vitro" on Colletotrichum sp. causative agent of anthracnose in tomato. The extraction of the active ingredients was carried out by the superheated water method.
The results obtained show that the two extracts exhibited significant antifungal activity and that the Lepidium sativum extract was the most effective "in vitro" and "in vivo". |
