Breast-cancer is the common in Algeria and in the world in terms of frequency and mortality. The diagnosis of breast cancer is made by anatomopathology.
Breast- cancer is a heterogeneous disease of which better molecular knowledge, thanks in particular to transcriptomic tools, has enabled the enumeration of at least 5 subtypes: basal-like, normal-like, HER2, luminal A, luminal B. These results constitute molecular classification.
Our objective is to study the epidemiological and anatomopathological parameters of breast cancer with the phenotypic determination of molecular subtypes.
Our work represents the retrospective study of 50 cases of female breast cancer in the medical and oncology depertment of the bedj chlef sister’s hospital in 2019. The evaluation ofhormone receptor expresion (PR, ER) and HER2 was performed by histological and immunohistochemical method .
The parameters studied are: mean age, tumor size, histological type, SBR grade, lymph nodes, hormone receptors and molecular subtypes. A total of 50 cases of breast cancer have been identified. Average age 50, tumor size predominant T2 :90%, the histological type is infiltrating ductal carcinoma 76% , Grade SBRIII : 68% , presence of ganglionic invasion N + :63%,Hormon receptor :ER+: 66% ,ER- : 34%, PR+ : 62%, PR- : 38%, HER2+ :74% , HER2- : 34% . |
