The objective of compostingis to improve the physico -chimical and biologicalquality of manure to makeit a valued product that can beused in agriculture.

From this work, we followed the composting process for a period of one month from February to Mars to assess the quality of compost produced, By analyzing the following parameters: Humidity, pH, We opted for windrow composting to verify the performance of this mode, and report on the management of the fermentation area space.
