dc.description.abstract Anxiety is not considered one of the most difficult difficulties to face Therefore, it is considered a university, but studies have shown that testing anxious students can manage their symptoms using certain practices such as the Wim Hof ​​Breathing Technique, which is a mindfulness-based strategy. , has been improved to treat different types of anxiety. but according to Wim Hof, his method has not been tested against anxiety. This study therefore has the dual objective of identifying reasons to test for anxiety and investigate the effectiveness of Wim The method of Hof's breathing technique measures the deactivation strategy. answer the research questions, two instruments were used for this study: Student anxiety was passed on to two students in an experimental study that resulted in eight participants. EF Abdelhamid BenBadis students were chosen to undertake the study. an experimental study confirmed that most foreign language students experience anxiety when released into an assessment situation and indicated that Wim Hof's breathing techniques may be ineffective. en_US
