Résumé:
In this study, we analyzed the impact of organizational change on the quality of health
services from the point of view of workers in Algerian public health institutions, through Executive
Decree No. 140/07 of May 19, 2007, related to the establishment, organization and management
of the public hospital institution, and the public institution of neighborhood health.
Especially since the health institution, like other institutions, is active in a rapidly changing
environment, it must adapt to the economic, cultural, social, and health developments quickly and
effectively. The public health system in Algeria must also resort to effective change and
development strategies through organizational change, as well as change in management methods
and the behavior of workers in order to adapt. With rapid environment variables, based on the
results of studies. A number of recommendations were presented, including an emphasis on the
involvement of all actors in the health sector in the planning process for future reform projects for
the public health system in order to achieve its goals, in addition to the need fora thorough and
comprehensive evaluation of the current health map to know its strengths and work to maximize it
on the one hand, and to know On the other hand, there are weaknesses and work to reduce them
in order to raise the level of quality of health services.
