This study aims to clarify the role of human resources in achieving the competitive advantage of the institution, and the study took to explain the importance of the human element in achieving it, as it is one of the most important resources of the institution .
Where institutions seek to gain a competitive advantage that distinguishes them from other organizations operating in the same sector by adding value to customers and achieving excellence by exploiting their various capabilities and resources, which come in the forefront of human resources, and the study shows that despite the material resources available to institutions and Financial, technical and informational resources, and the characteristics that these resources may have. Although they are a necessary condition for access to such competitiveness, it is not a sufficient condition for their formation. Therefore, there must be human work represented in the processes of design, intellectual creativity, planning, programming, coordination, organization, preparation, preparation, development, modernization, implementation, achievement, and other processes that are produced by humanitarian work .
By dropping the theoretical aspect on the case study of the Al-Najah Milk Corporation, we concluded that the institutions should pay great attention to their human resources and the way they are run, and this is due to their importance and the return that they can achieve if they operate in an effective manner. Paying attention to managing it well, that leads to achieving the competitive advantage, of course, by integrating with resources and others.
