Thi study aimed to identify the impact of fixed-term employment
contracts on the job performance of contract workers at the
municipality of "Mesra". The general problem was formulated with
the following question: How do fixed-term contracts affect the
worker and his performance within the Enteprise?
To answer this question and to achieve the objectives of the
research, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach because
