Abstract

The objective of the present study is the controlled and semi-controlled reproduction in captivity of the species of fish it is about the silver carp Hypophthalmichthys molitrix pike perch Stizostedion Lucioperça at the level of the continental fishing center Babar w. Khenchela. The fishing and the selection of broodstock were carried out at the Hammam Debagh dam and held in the colinaire Ain Abassa Sétif, which has known, for information, several stocking operations in recent years. The broodstock are transported in the best conditions in tanks filled with very clean and oxygenated water. Arrived at the center, the parents are placed in small tanks, then an anesthetic product is injected into the males and females also to prevent them from moving during handling. The fish are then weighed in order to be able to calculate with precision the dose of hormone which must be injected according to the adopted working protocol. The hormone injection involving all the progenitors, the HCG, pituitary, ovaprime and the male hormone Ovopel. The effect of hormones gave very good result. Daily monitoring of the development of the wadis that were laid outside the nest was carried out by the technicians and research officers of the center, all the stages of the hatching were photographed up to the fry stage.
