Abstract

The topic of Studying and analizing the environmental variables surrounding the institution of all kinds is one of the topics that researchers have recently been interested in, for its importance on the performance of the economic organization. Thus, we have studied how social and cultural variables affect the performance of the institution, and we have come to the need to analyze these variables in the economic organization.
