Résumé:
Where institutions seek to gain a competitive advantage that distinguishes them over other
organizations operating in the same sector by adding value to customers and achieving excellence
by exploiting their various capabilities and resources, which come in the forefront of human
resources. And what these resources may have in terms of characteristics, although they are a
necessary condition for accessing that competitive ability, but it is not a sufficient condition for its
formation. Therefore, there must be human work represented in the processes of design,
intellectual creativity, planning, programming, coordination, organization, preparation,
preparation, Development, modernization, implementation, achievement, and other processes that
are the product of humanitarian work. By dropping the theoretical aspect on the case study of the
Al-Najah Milk Corporation, we concluded that the institutions should pay great attention to their
human suppliers and the way they are run, and this is due to their importance and the return that
they can achieve if they operate in an effective manner. To achieve the competitive advantage, of
course, by integrating with other resources.
