Anemiais a public healthproblemthat affects a large number of people around the world, especiallypregnantwomen. The main cause of thisdiseaseisgenerally an irondeficiencyassociatedwithpoornutritionalbehaviorwhich can have seriousconsequences for the mother and hernewborn.
This workiscarried out at the level of the high-riskpregnancy unit (GHR) of the EHS mother-childcomplexlallakheira Mostaganem fromJanuary to April 2022, aims to describe certain hemobiologicalparameters (FNS, Grouping, TP, TCK, platelets, CRP, severity of anemia) and biochemical (glycaemia, creatinine, urea, , uricacid, , TGO, TGP) in anemicpregnantwomen.
The averageageis 32.7 years, the age group [30-40] is the majoritywith a range of 45-18 = 27 years, blood group O + (40%), most patients are in the 3rd trimesterpregnancy and biochemical, renal and hepaticassessments; (type of anemia, TP, TCK, bloodsugar, urea, creatinine, uricacids, TGO, TGP) is normal in most cases, ishigher in anemicwomen over 30 yearsold.
The resultsobtained show thatthereis a disturbance of hematology and/or biochemicalparameters, whichagreeswith the literature and allows us to thinkthat the anemia of these cases couldbe due to oxidative stress. |
