dc.description.abstract |
The present study consists in exploring the anti-inflammatory effect of certain lactic acid bacteria with probiotic potential newly isolated from fish (shrimp and sardine). After their isolation, characterization and identification by physiological and biochemical methods, the bacteria tested were explored for their anti-inflammatory effect in vitro by the protein denaturation inhibition test and the red blood cell stability test. The results of this research demonstrated the anti-inflammatory power of the bacteria tested compared to diclofenac the percentage of protein inhibition obtained is(71,94%) and the percentage of inhibition of hemolysis of red blood cells is (95,72%).
Finally, we have demonstrated anti-inflammatory properties on in vitro but these results suggest further studies to promote the health benefits of probiotic bacteria. |
