Electronic management is the act of carrying out the necessary services in
state institutions and the private sector to provide citizens with both high efficiency
and effectiveness and having less costs and effort. It differs from traditional
management which is characterized by routine and complexity, as well as stopping
work when having either a crisis or natural disasters. Electronic management has
emerged effectively after The Corona pandemic crisis, which imposed a state of
health emergency in all countries of the world; Therefore, countries were obliged to
keep providing public services. As a result, those countries make use of electronic
management in providing services.
