Résumé:
Studying the role of training in building sustainable competencies in the Algerian institution aims to understand how training contributes to the development and enhancement of staff capacities and competencies necessary for sustainable success. This is achieved by providing continuous learning and training opportunities, enhancing the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to renewed changes and requirements in the professional environment. Training enhances the Foundation's sustainable competencies by enhancing individual and collective performance, improving productivity and quality, and promoting innovation and sustainable development of the Algerian Foundation in the face of changing challenges. The study requires recommendations on improving training programmes and developing the Foundation's policies to promote sustainable training and enhance the competencies working in a sustainable and future manner
