Détection des germes responsable des infections Urinaire au niveau de l’EPH de Mostaganem

Abstract

Since many years, urinary tract infections have always been a major public health problem in terms of their frequency, cost and treatments. To analyze the problems of diagnosis, we rely on the urine cytobactériological examination (UCBE) realizing the presence of a urinary infection and the presence of the causing microbes and, also, 13Tthe13T 13Tstudy13T 13Tof13T 13Ttheir13T 13Tsensitivity13T to 13Tdifferent13T tested 13Tantibiotics13T (13TAntibiogramme13T). A number of tests have been adopted such as 13Tmacroscopic13T 13Texamination13T, u13Tse13T 13Tof13T 13Tthe13T u13Trinary13T strips, 13Tthe13T 13Tmicroscopic13T 13Tanalysis13T 13Tand13T 13Tculture13T. The obtained results showed that the bacterial germs responsible for urinary infections are: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus epidermis, and Enterobacteriaceae. 13TWe13T 13Talso13T 13Tnoticed13T 13Tthat13T 13Tthe13T 13Tpredominance13T 13Tof13T 13TUI13T 13Tis13T 13Tfemale13T 13Twith13T 13Ta13T 62. 06 13T%13T within the 13Tage13T 13Tgroup13T over 13T50-years-old13T 13Twho13T 13Tseems13T 13Tmore13T 13Tsensitive13T 13Twith13T 13Ta13T 24.13 13T%13T which is probably due to urinary stasis, hormonal deficits or to an immunosuppression. The antibiogram indicated the sensitivity of E. coli, S. aureus, S. aureus, and others 13Ttowards13T 13Tdifferent13T 13Ttested13T 13Tantibiotics13T. On the contrary we pointed out, that Staphylococcus epidermis showed an important sensitivity to the antibiotics used.
