Résumé:

تهتم هذه الدراسة بمفهوم الرقابة التنظيمية ومفهوم ضغوط العمل بإعتبارهما مفهومين أساسيين في علم الإجتماع التنظيم والعمل. وهي تبحث في كيفية الارتباط بين هذين المفهومين، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة من العاملات بمشتلة واد الخير النموذجية بولاية مستغانم.

Description:

Abstract : This Study focuses on the concept of organizational control and the concept of work pressure, as two concepts in the sociology of organization and work. It examines how these two concepts are related, through a Field Study a sample of working women in the Oued AL-Khair model nursery in the city of Mostaganem.
