dc.description.abstract |
Thymelaea hirsuta is medicinal plant, is source of secondarymetabolites of interst.This work was aimed to estimal the content phénolic,evaluate the antioxidant, before extraction the content phénolic were determined by photometry. The antioxidant activity was assessed by the method of scanning the radical DPPH and ABTS.Quantitative evaluation revealed the abundance of the content phénolic in the month April content phénolic(280,67±1,41), flavonoids (507, 75±12, 6 mg/g.lyo). the antioxidant activity confirmed the ethanolic lyophilisatin the month April 35,49 and 45,84%inhibition the scanning radical DPPH and ABTS of extrait 2mg/ml .This result is confirmed in utilisation this plant by finally cycle phonologic there recolt. . |
