dc.description.abstract The dried leaves of Thymus vulgaris, Ammi visnaga, and Mentha pulegium yielded essential oil yields of 1.41%, 1.61%, and 0.16%, respectively. P. aeruginosa is known for its high resistance to most essential oils. The synergies of Tv EO + Mp EO (1:1) and Tv EO + Av EO + Mp EO (1:1:2) showed interesting results. These synergies inhibited the bacterium P. aeruginosa, known for its resistance to antimicrobials. The MIC and MBC differed significantly, confirming the effectiveness of certain oils as bacteriostatic or bactericidal agents. The essential oil or combination used had a significant impact. This suggests that it is possible to optimize essential oil blends for greater antibacterial efficacy. en_US
