L’intérêt du dosage de la microalbuminurie chez les sujets diabétiques de type 2 suivis

Abstract

A prospective study was carried out in the Department of Internal Medicine and the central EPH laboratory in Ain tadles, in 60 patients with type 2 diabetes, of whom 58.33% are women and 41.66% are men. The average age of patients is 62 years. The objective of this study was to detect early diabetic nephropathy in our subjects by the determination of micro albuminuria, thus to determine the correlation between micro albuminuria and the various biochemical parameters. To achieve the goal, a comparative study and another correlation were made. Of the 60 patients 31 were micro albuminuricie 51.66% of the study population divided between 20 women and 11 men. HTA dominates the cardiovascular complications of which 34.48% were hypertensive. Thus other complications are found such as: infections, neuropathies and retinopathies. The different correlations found between micro albuminuria and glycemic, renal and lipid balance parameters demonstrated the value of microalbuminuria in patients with type 2 diabetes. It is clear from this study that microalbuminuria is a biological factor whose dosage is of a great importance in the prevention of diabetic nephropathy and cardiovascular disease.
