dc.description.abstract Hypercholesterol level establishes constitutes with the obesity, the diabetes and the arterial high blood pressure, one of the major risk factors generating cardiovascular diseases. The family hypercholesterol level (HF) is a genetic disorder confusion dominant autosomial which produces increases of the cholesterol in lipoproteins of low density (LDL-C). The treatment processing of the HF has for main purpose to reduce the mortality and the incidents of the cardiovascular athérosclérotiques diseases by reducing the rates of LDL plasmatique. The objective of our work is to determine and to estimate the risk foctors of the family hypercholesterol level has a questionnaire given to the patients, and to study some biochemical parameters at these people havecomparing theme with healthy witness batons unhurt of all pathologies. Our results appear that the people with hypercholesterol level follow no food diet regime and represent the cardiovascular majority of the diseases with increase of rate of the LDL cholesterol and the decrease of HDL cholesterol. In conclusion: it is necessary to make sensitive races to have a healthy lifestyle with diet regime an adequate food and a regular physical activity to decrease risk of this disease which has of grave consequences en_US
