dc.description.abstract In order to determine the importance of the biochemical and hematologic parameters analysis among patient in emergency, our study concerned 60 subjects (women, men and children) at various age range [1-20], [21-40], [41-60] and [61-80] years old. The goal of our work is to consider the biological examinations, which were carried out at the emergencies of the EPH of Ain Tedles. It was found that the glycemia, uraemia, creatinin, the leucocytes and the hematocrite are the most requested parameters. Based on the principal of the protocols (reaction, reagent) presenting the principal of the colorimetric enzymatic reactions for the biochemical examinations and on classification formulates blood for the hematologic parameters. The evaluation of the biochemical parameters at the three categories of the sample, made it possible to detect an average of the glycemia among women is much higher than those of the men and the children, for uraemia men are the most affected than women and children and for creatinin man and women represent a hypercreatinemy.. The evaluation of the hematologic parameters allowed to found (29±3,31%) of hematocrite among women (43±15) the men and (37±6) for children. A high rate of leucocytes in men that in women and children. The biochemical and hematologic analyses are very important and essential for the diagnosis of several pathologies and the biological variations of these parameters are, generally, related to age, sex and to physiological modifications en_US
