Teachers are responsible for educating large groups of students. When students exhibit disruptive behavior or misconduct, the teacher must stop working to handle the situation. Interruptions negatively affect all students in the class and prevent the teacher from doing his job. Therefore, this thesis attempts to explore the conditions of the Mostaganem classes in terms of student discipline and teacher management methods. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire is used with students from a master's and an English student to take into account their opinions on how to improve the discipline and learning conditions in our schools. On the other hand, an interview is conducted with middle and high school teachers to raise awareness of the best approaches used to manage class and student disruption. In addition, this article highlights the challenges and challenges that new teachers face in their classrooms. The survey also drew conclusions that could help inexperienced teachers to manage their students well. In conclusion, this document contains the help of different people involved in teaching and learning. Their views have been taken seriously because they are valuable to our work. Their opinions could help promote the education situation in Mostaganem and contribute to its prosperity |
