يتناول مشروع تخرجنا تصميم مركز مؤتمرات مدمج داخل قطب للحوكمة بمدينة مستغانم، وذلك على موقع استراتيجي قيد إعادة التهيئة. وتتمثل الفكرة األساسية في إنشاء مرفق مؤسساتي رفيع المستوى، قادر على تنظيم فعاليات وطنية .ودولية، وتعزيز الجاذبية االقتصادية والدبلوماسية للمدينة يُصمم مركز المؤتمرات كـ نقطة محورية وظيفية ورمزية، حيث يجمع بين قاعات المؤتمرات، المدرجات، فضاءات المعارض، صالونات كبار الشخصيات، ومناطق اللقاء، ضمن لغة معمارية معاصرة ومنفتحة تتفاعل مع محيطها الحضري والطبيعي. كما يُدمج المشروع ضمن منطق ترابطي مع باقي مكونات القطب: البرج اإلداري، الفندق، المدينة .االقتصادية، مركز األرشيف ومركز الحاضنات يعتمد تصميم المركز على مرونة وظيفية، وإدارة فعالة للحركة، واندماج عمراني ومنظري مدروس، مع اهتمام خاص متعددة الوظائف، رمزية، :باالستدامة البيئية والتعبير المعماري. ويجسد هذا المشروع جيالً جديداً من مراكز المؤتمرات وفي حوار مستمر مع محيطها اإلقليمي

"A convention center is no longer merely a space for meetings; it has become a place of representation, synergy, and territorial innovation— serving dialogue and development."

Our graduation project focuses on the design of a convention center integrated within a governance hub in the city of Mostaganem, on a strategically redeveloped site. The primary aim is to create a major institutional facility capable of hosting national and international events, while enhancing the city’s economic and diplomatic appeal. The convention center is conceived as a functional and symbolic core, bringing together conference rooms, auditoriums, exhibition halls, VIP lounges, and networking areas within a contemporary architectural language that opens up to its urban and natural surroundings. The project operates in synergy with other key components of the governance hub, including an administrative tower, hotel, business district, archive center, and innovation incubator. Its design emphasizes spatial flexibility, fluid circulation management, and thoughtful urban and landscape integration, with particular attention to environmental sustainability and architectural expression. This project reflects a new generation of convention centers: versatile, representative, and actively engaged with their territorial context. « Un centre de congrès n’est plus seulement un lieu de réunion : il devient un espace de représentation, de synergie et d’innovation territoriale, au service du dialogue et du développement. »

Notre projet de fin d’études porte sur la conception d’un centre de congrès intégré dans un pôle de gouvernance à Mostaganem, sur un site stratégique en reconversion. L’ambition principale est de créer un équipement institutionnel majeur, capable de structurer le territoire, d’accueillir des événements nationaux et internationaux, et de renforcer l’attractivité économique et diplomatique de la ville. Le centre de congrès est pensé comme un nœud fonctionnel et symbolique, articulant espaces de conférences, auditoriums, expositions, salons VIP et zones de rencontre, dans une architecture contemporaine, ouverte et contextuelle. Il s’inscrit dans une logique de synergie avec les autres composantes du pôle : tour administrative, hôtel, cité d’affaires, centre d’archives et centre d’incubation. Sa conception repose sur une modularité spatiale, une gestion maîtrisée des flux et une forte intégration urbaine et paysagère, avec une attention particulière portée à la durabilité environnementale et à l’expression architecturale. Ce projet illustre ainsi une nouvelle génération de centres de congrès : polyvalents, représentatifs et en dialogue actif avec leur territoire.
