ETUDE D'UN BATIMENT EN BETON ARME (RDC+10 + SOUS-SOL) A USAGE MULTIPLE

Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment en béton armé à voiles porteurs et constitué d’un R+10 étages plus un sous- sol à usage multiple. La structure est implantée à Belveder dans la wilaya de MOSTAGANEM. Cette région est classée en zone 5 selon le règlement parasismique Algérien. Dans cette étude les éléments secondaires et les éléments structuraux seront calculés et ferraillés selon les règles du BAEL91 et le règlement parasismique Algériens RPA2024 et l’étude dynamique sera réalisée en utilisant le logiciel de calcul ROBOT ANALYSES STRUCTURAL 2025 afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements. Mots-clés : Bâtiment, structure, béton armé, Robot, ferraillage. 6 Abstract This project presents a detailed study of a reinforced concrete building consisting of an R+ 10 floors plus basement for multiple use. The structure is located in Belveder in the wilaya of Mostaganem.which is classified in zone 5 according to the Algerian earthquake regulation. In this study the secondary elements and structural elements will be calculated and reinforce according to the rules of the BAEL91 and the Algerian seismic regulation RPA 2024 and the dynamic study will be carried out with the calculation software ROBOT ANALYSES STRUCTURAL 2025 in order to determine the different loading loads. Keywords: Building, structure, reinforced concrete, Robot, reinforcement. 7 ملخص يقدم هذا المشروع دراسة مفصلة لمبنى من الخرسانة المسلحة و يتكون من طابق ارضي + طابق تحت االرض + 10 طوابق لالستخدام المتعدد، يقع في بلفودر والية مستغانم التي تصنف ضمن المنطقة الزلزالية رقم 5 حسب اللوائح المقاومة للزالزل 2024 RPA. وفي هذه الدراسة سيتم حساب العناصر الثانوية و العناصر الهيكلية وتسليحها وفقا لقواعد 91BAEL وحسب2024 RPA وستجرى الدراسة الدينامكية باستخدام برنامج الحساب 2025 STRUCTURAL ANALYSES ROBOT من اجل تحديد االحمال المختلفة .
