Etude d’un bâtiment sous-sol +RDC+7 étages à usage d’habitation et commercial

Abstract

Ce projet consiste en une étude technique approfondie d’un bâtiment à usage mixte (résidentiel, commercial et parking), comprenant un sous-sol, un rez-de-chaussée, et sept étages résidentiels supérieurs dont trois niveaux commerciaux. Situé dans la wilaya de Mostaganem, classée en zone sismique (II a) selon le Centre national de recherche appliquée en génie parasismique (RPA 2003). Ce bâtiment est conçu en utilisant des méthodes modernes de calcul et de contrôle du béton armé. La structure garantit sa résistance aux charges verticales et horizontales grâce à un système porteur constitué de murs en béton armé (voiles). The building is located in the province of Mostaganem, which is classified as a seismic zone (II a) according to the Algerian Seismic Regulations (RPA 99/ Version 2003). The structural design was carried out using modern methods for the analysis and design of reinforced concrete structures. The structure ensures adequate resistance to both vertical and horizontal loads through a load-bearing system composed of reinforced concrete shear walls.
