دور اإلدارة اإللكرتونية يف حتسني اخلدمات العمومية

Abstract

تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الخدمات العمومية التي تقدمها مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر - فرع ولاية مستغانم لزبائنها، باعتبارها مؤسسة عمومية ذات طابع اقتصادي، تقدم خدمات اتصالية أساسية تمس مختلف فئات المجتمع.

كما تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن البحوث المسحية الوصفية، وقد تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من عينة قصدية مكونة من (80 مفردة). ومن بين أهم النتائج المتحصل عليها، نجد أن تفعيل الإدارة الإلكترونية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر - فرع ولاية مستغانم، قد حقق خطوات إيجابية نحو تحسين الخدمات، لكنه لا يزال يحتاج إلى تطوير تقني وتنظيمي أكبر من أجل الوصول إلى مستوى عالٍ من رضا الزبائن وفعالية الخدمة العمومية. This memorandum aims to study and analyze the role of e-government in improving the public services provided by Algeria Telecom, Mostaganem branch, to its customers. As a public institution of an economic nature, it provides basic communications services that affect various segments of society. This study is also included in the descriptive survey research, and the questionnaire tool was relied upon to collect data from a purposive sample consisting of (80 individuals). Among the most important results obtained, we find that the activation of electronic management in the Algerian Telecommunications Corporation, Mostaganem branch, has achieved positive steps towards improving services.However, it still requires further technical and organizational development to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and public service effectiveness.
