Abstract

The international development of the foreign trade and the increase of the volume of trade made that the economic operators appeal most of the time to the intermediaries called "forwarders" which makes the administrative and statutory formalities, and makes sure that the goods making the item of exchange international circulate between the point of origin and the place of destination. This search has for objective to try to understand the place and the role of the forwarder in the international exchanges, and to understand the process of customs clearance of the goods within an agency of transit, and it by leading a documentary methodological study.
