Etude d’une tour à usage multiple (RDC+9 étage +sous-sol)

Abstract

يهدف هذا المشروع إلى دراسة بناية ذات طابع متعدد الاستعمال تتألف من طابق ارضي + 9 طوابق + طابق ارضي سفلي , يتم انجازها بولاية البليدة المصنفة ضمن المنطقة الزلزالية رقم III حسب القواعد الجزائرية المضادة للزلازل (RPA99 version 2003 ) . مقاومة و استقرار البناية لكل الحمولات العمودية و الأفقية مضمونة بواسطة العارضات ,الأعمدة و الجدران المشكلة من ما د ة الخرسانة المسلحة. الدراسة الحركية تمت باستعمال برنامج ألي SAP2000) ). تحديد الأبعاد و التسليح كل العناصر المقاومة للبناية صمم طبق المعايير و القوانين المعمول بها في الجزائر modifier99) (RPA 99 version 2003, BAEL 91. للتحقق من نتاج التسليح استعنا بواسطة برنامج الي متطور Socotec .

Le but de cette étude et la conception d'une structure à usage multiple de R + 9 étages + un sous sol qui sera implanté dans la wilaya de Blida, classé en zone III selon le règlement parasismique Algérien (RPA 99 version 2003). La stabilité de l'ouvrage est assurée par les poutres, et les poteaux et les voiles. L'étude et l'analyse de ce projet ont été établies par le logiciel (SAP 2000). Le calcul des dimensions et du ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants sont conformes aux règles applicables en vigueurs à savoir (BAEL91 modifier99, RPA99 version 2003). Pour la vérification du ferraillage nous avons utilisées un logiciel (Socotec). En fin, l'étude des éléments de l'infrastructure, à savoir les fondations, fait également partie de ce projet.

The aim of this study is the conception of an multiple use of R + 9 stages + under ground which will be established in the wilaya of Blida, classified in zone III according to the Algerian payment parasismic (RPA 99 version 2003). The stability of the work is ensured by the beams, and the columns and the walls. The study and the analysis of this plan had been established by software (SAP 2000). The calculation of dimensions and the reinforcement of all the resistant elements are in conformity with the rules applicable in strengths to knowing (BAEL91 modifier99, RPA99 -Version 2003). For the checking of reinforcement we used software (Socotec). In end, the study of the elements of the infrastructure, namely the foundations, also forms part of it project
