Abstract
The study of climate fluctuations is crucial for understanding environmental transformations and their impacts on agricultural systems. This research focused on analyzing precipitation changes and their spatio-temporal distribution across four provinces in Eastern Algeria (Constantine, Setif, Batna, and Guelma) during the period (2000-2024). The study relied on processing climate data using advanced statistical and hydro-rainfall methods. The results revealed sharp fluctuations and irregularity in rainfall patterns, accompanied by a shift and overlap in the months of climatic seasons. This variability has directly affected crop cycles, which calls for the development of flexible adaptation plans for water resource and agricultural management in the region.
