الصراعات النفسية وعلاقتها بالألم المزمن الناتج عن متلازمة القولون العصبي

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة التي جاءت تحت عنوان الصراعات النفسية وعلاقتها بالألم المزمن الناتج عن متلازمة القولون العصبي الى الكشف عما اذ كان هناك علاقة بين الصراع النفسي و ظهور أعراض متلازمة القولون العصبي، وقد تم اجراء الدراسة على عينة مكونة من اربع حالات تم اختيارهم من المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي الدكتور بن سماعيل بومدين و تحديد الفئة العمرية من 25 سنة إلى 45 سنة، تضم حالتين من الذكور وحالتين من الإناث، تم تشخيصهم سريريا بالقولون العصبي. وقد اعتمدنا في درستنا على المنهج العيادي، مستخدمين الأدوات التالية الملاحظة، المقابلة، إضافة إلى مقياس الألم المزمن لحدان ابتسام، بهدف تقدير شدة المعاناة النفس جسمية المرتبطة بالأعراض الهضميةومن خلال هذه المعطيات توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية : • متلازمة القولون العصبي ترتبط بوجود صراعات النفسية داخلية مزمنة لدى المرضى • كلما اشتد الصراع النفسي زادت حدة الأعراض الجسدية ما يؤثر سلبا على التوازن النفسي و جودة حياة المصاب This study, titledPsychologicalConflicts and Their Intervention in Chronic Pain Resultingfrom Irritable Bowel Syndrome, aimed to revealwhetherthere was a relationship between psychologicalconflict and the appearance of symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.، the study was conducted on a sample of four cases selectedfrom the University Hospital Center Dr. Ben Ismail Boumediene, and the age group was determinedfrom 25 to 45 years.Itincludestwo males and twofemales, clinicallydiagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome. In our study, werelied on the clinical approach, using the following tools : observation, interview, in addition to the HaddanIbtisamChronic Pain Scale, with the aim of estimating the severity of psychosomaticsufferingassociated with digestive symptoms. Throughthese data, we reached the following results : - There is a clearrelationship between the severity of psychologicalconflictsexperienced by individuals and the onset of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms. - Individuals with severepsychologicalconflictsexperience more severesymptoms of IBS.
