Détermination de rendement actuel d’un équipement industriel : Chaudière à tube d’eau (M-0511) du complexe GP1/Z

Abstract

La chaudière est un dispositif pour chauffer l’eau et de produire la vapeur nécessaire au fonctionnement des procédés. Lors de sa production, la chaudière est exposée à des problèmes de corrosion, de primage et des dépôts de tartre au niveau ses composants tels que les tubes de fumées et les tubes d’eau, ce qui provoque la diminution de rendement de la chaudière. Le but de ce travail est l’étude d’une chaudière à tubes d’eau de complexe GP1/Z, en suivre le calcul de son rendement dans les cas des conditions désigne et réel. During its production, the boiler is exposed to problems of corrosion, priming and scale deposits on its components such as the smoke tubes and the water tubes, which causes the boiler's efficiency to decrease. The purpose of this work is the study of a boiler with water tubes of complex GP1/Z, to follow the calculation of its output in the cases of the conditions designates and real.
