Abstract

The growing role of small and medium enterprises in economic life began with the implementation of the economic reform program in Algeria and became a focus for economic studies as an entity different from small, medium and large enterprises in its size, the way it is run and its strategies, and what confirms this directive is the increasing number of these small enterprises and the growing call for their support and promotion. As investment in micro-enterprises provides less complex management procedures, more flexible production methods, and more appropriate adaptation capabilities. It also contributes to attracting and stabilizing part of the labor force, reducing unemployment, and enabling it to obtain income, and for this the relevant authorities are trying with all their capabilities to provide The appropriate climate for it is focused on supporting its positive aspects by focusing on the financial difficulties that usually stand in the way of its development.
